I am new to this site Pebro and I was trying to figure out what I should do in the situation where we needed to get more information but people weren't lynching who I thought was scum. I can't see why that appears scummy.

Also, I can't see why no one has been commenting on the latest exchange where Dr. Pepper said he pretty much didn't have to interact with someone to know they were town. Nothing in NS's patterns indicates he is town. NS hasn't asked questions or contributed thoughts.

There is no rationale on my train. I have no idea how to convince people that players more seasoned than myself are scum, when they label me as scummy. They can't or won't even put forth their own rationale for tunneling me this whole time. People ask me for what justifies my votes, I provide that.

Titus, the case against you isn't weak. Self-analysis is important in this game too - you need to be aware of your being scummy rather than say "somebody who suspects me is probably scum". That said, I think there's a decent chance your scum so what I just said is a write-off, but just keep it in mind...
There are other lynches I'd support, but this close to deadline I don't know how we'd organise a lynch anywhere else, and I'm not at all unhappy with a Titus lynch. One way or another it needs to happen though...

I also find it baffling that Dr P has such a strong townread on NS, but once again that doesn't make either of them scum! And why do people need to 'interact' to see one another as town/scum? NS has posted things in the game that Dr P has read - that can easily be interaction enough for him to make up his mind...

Yeah Bacde... Titus has been flip-flopping on issues a lot, been playing "please the town" a lot, tone of her posts changes a lot depending how much pressure she's under... there's a lot there.

If you really know someone is town, you'd want to understand what they are presenting to see if they shine light on who the scums are. If you don't know if someone is town, you'd want to interact with them to figure it out or to see what holes they may have. It makes no sense that two players ignore each other.

I'm not scummy so how can I be "self-aware" of being scummy? That comment makes no sense.

Also, where have I flip-flopped? The closest thing I have to a flop is the Channel decision but even then I was expression indecision and doubt.

You're once again talking as though your way is the only way. You can believe somebody is town AND believe their analysis is wrong/unnecessary...

Scummy =/= scum. Town players do scummy stuff all the time, otherwise once again there'd be no game to play. You've never once said "I see where you're coming from, but here's what I was thinking", you've said "you're wrong". I really don't like that.

That's pretty much the big one, don't try to play it down. Your whole argument was about ending the day 'early' after 20+ pages and waning discussion, then you go and vote for somebody who you don't think is scum just to end the day. That's a big deal.

I've done that a few times (disagreed with the analysis and saw where the person was coming from), mostly day 1 I believe. I can grab you links if you'd like.

NS was trying to end the day and cut it short excessively. That's been my point. In his scenario we had 5+ plus days (almost half the time) left. He shifts his vote to me so someone else (you) votes yessiree and then he rapidly hammers ending the day.

In my case, we were split 2 v 2 v 2. If I kept being a stick in the mud, I saw a real possibility of a no lynch which might severely hurt the town. So, I did something that would spur conversation (which was dead) and get us to a lynch.

So yeah, not a joke. I don't do humor well on forums.

Bacde and Titus, you both argued for a new bandwagon, but you didn't show any initiative. Lynching Titus is better than no lynch, but I kept my vote on NS (still the best lynch) hoping people would jump on. Why didn't you?

Why didn't you vote for NS if you wanted people to consider changing bandwagons? Right now, the only viable options are lynching you and no lynch. I think your change of being scum is above average so I'm going to hammer you.
