Basic Rules:
Have fun! This is a game, and should be enjoyed as such.
Be active! It is expected that you post at least once every 72 hours. If you do not, you will be prodded. If you do not pick up this prod, and post within 48 hours of receiving the prod, you will be replaced. If you are prodded thrice in one day, you will be replaced regardless.
Do not talk about the game with anyone outside of this thread unless your PM states that you can, and if so, only when it is permitted.
Purple is the color for Mod communication in the thread. Please do not use it, or it will be changed.
To place your vote on somebody, place it in bold (ex:
Vote:RBT
). Unvoting is NOT required, but if you choose to do so, is done in the same fashion.
When you die, you're dead. You may have one "bah" post, which may contain no game-related content. After that, do not post again until the game has ended.
Vote counts will be mod-edited onto the top post of each page.
Deadlines will be enacted, should players request one, or I feel the game is not being active enough. They can be removed by mod decision only.
These rules are not final, and can be changed should I decide. If I change the rules, you will be notified in thread.
Game Specific Rules:
There are two game phases, one where you work as a group (day) and one where you work as an individual (night).
During the day phase, you nominate someone to test out the contraption that you have built. Safety is not guaranteed. In fact, it's highly doubted that you could ever survive.
During the night phase, all of the inventors will go to their individual workrooms and be tasked with creating one of the devices that was provided to them in their patented box-o-stuff. Each box contains 7 smaller boxes with assorted things in them. Odds are that there are devices in them, as you have to try and figure out how to build the device. Unfortunately, you are only given instructions on how to build one of the devices (the one that matches your box color). The scum cheated and have instructions to all of their devices, however.
All devices may only be used once, and only used on the night they are constructed.

All night actions will be resolved in the following order:
Bulletproof
Hider
Roleblocker
Jailkeeper
Revival
Protection
Killing
Mason Recruit
Investigation
Watcher
Tracker
TOWN WIN CONDITION:
You win when the cheaters have been dealt with, and at least one town player remains alive.
SCUM WIN CONDITION:
You win when there are no town remaining, or nothing can prevent this from happening.
