Two ideas:

Boondock Saints Mafia (Debating on whether or not I would strictly limit to the first movie or include flavor from All Saints Day - I'd need to watch All Saints Day about 300 more times thought) This would be a large theme. I've got some layout for this already.

24 Mafia. I know one has been run onsite before, but it was a more unique theme with mechanics involved. I'd definitely go more flavor heavy on this one. Torn on large theme or mini theme.

For a bit of background, I've seen Boondock Saints about... a thousand times. I can quote most every line in the movie and was able to convince my ethics professor last fall to let us watch the movie in class and use it as a basis for our final paper. I know the first movie inside and out. As for 24, I've seen every episode, read up on a lot of the other canon about the series and generally know it quite well. I am a fiend for 24.

Considering doing a setup based off of

Innocent Mage

and

Awakened Mage

. Flavor driven somewhat, but not totally to the T. Taking material from both books. Ignoring the newer books, as they go on a different path (plus I'm just now reading Prodigal Mage.

That's not really mafia, which is - in essence - an uninformed majority vs. an informed minority. That idea is more an informed minority vs an informed minority vs another informed minority, and it really pulls some of the dynamics out of mafia. It's more of a mish-mash game. The closest you'll ever get to "warring factions" is a multiball setup or a setup with a scum team + 3rd party.

I'm trying to gauge how much interest there would be for a series of games based on Sons of Anarchy. Would almost assuredly be all mini themes, one for each season, similarly to how Reck structured the LOST Series.

I've already got some ideas for the Season 1 setup, but I want to see who would be interested before putting too much time into it.

Only if the third one includes a lie in my role PM.

I wouldn't be modeling it properly after LOST if I didn't do that.
