I want to do that theme (the craft) but don't know whether to do a mini or 20 player game b/c either would work.

I am of course a total n00b and so wholly unqualified to run anything, but if anyone were to run pirate vs ninja mafia, that would be the greatest thing ever.

Oh, yeah, and I guess some townies in the crossfire, or something.

Think anyone would be interested in Carnivale? The characters in it would be able to produce a fairly standard setup for a mini, without a lot in the way of monkey wrenches.
