Rules, rules, rules. I have made all attempts to write them myself based on my own playing/modding experience. But I may have amended points from other mods too numerous to mention... Um, here we go!

1 - There will be no personal attacks tolerated in this game. They can be hurtful and if I see something I deem to be crossing the line, I will seek replacements for that player immediately.

2 - Do not communicate with
anyone
outside the game thread in relation to this game unless your Role PM explicitly states that you are allowed to do so with certain other people who shall be named if you are allowed to do so, and then it shall only be allowed at night.

3 - If you feel someone's inactivity has gone on for too long, alert the mod through the following means -
Mod: Prod Player X
and I shall do so.

4 - Votes should be made in the following fashion -
Vote: Player Y
and unvoting with
Unvote
. If it is VERY clear that you have intended to vote someone but have misspelt their name or voted someone without unvoting, I will
probably
count the new vote. And you can vote for no lynch be saying
Vote: No Lynch
.

5 - The voting system for this game shall work as such: If there are 12 people alive then 7 votes will be needed to lynch a person, but only 6 to go to night. If there are 11 people alive, then 6 votes will be needed for any action. The required number shall be made clear in each post.

6 - If you reach enough votes that you are lynched, or you are killed at night, then you are dead. From that point on, I will not tolerate any more posts except
one
that simply says "Bah!"

7 - Upon death, full role details shall be revealed, so even if someone appears innocent by a cop investigation even though they are actually pro-mafia, their true role shall be revealed upon death.

8 - If you have a question, PM me. I will tell you what you need to know - do not bring it up in thread.

9 - Do not quote in whole or part ANY PM's from me.

10 - No posting in invisible and/or too small to read text.

11 - If I feel the game is lacking in activity, or taking too long, then I shall impose a deadline for the day by which point either the number of posts to lynch someone shall be achieved or the person with the most votes at the time of the deadline shall be lynched. In the event of more than one person having a certain amount of votes, the person who reached the total first shall be lynched.

12 - This game will start in the DAY phase.

13 - No posting in twilight. I'm sure you'll all be aware when a lynch is imminent. I will not punish someone who accidentally cross posts or makes what I deem to be a genuine mistake - but otherwise, NO posting in twilight.

14 - My decision is
final

Note: The scenes are for flavour only. There are no hidden clues in the scenes, and you should not read them assuming there are. The flavour is also unrelated to the TV Show's timeline, so there are no major spoilers in here.


Scorpius stood upon the deck staring into a blue vortex. On the other side was a planet, a heavily populated one as far as you could see.

"The Scarran Homeworld," Scorpius mused, his tongue tracing his upper lip, "How long I have waited for this day."

He closed his eyes and the vortex closed. A wormhole. You had never seen one before, but you had heard the human creature John Crichton, who looked so much like a Sebacean and yet was so warm to the touch, had discovered a way to make them bend to his will. Apparently Scorpius had finally extracted all the information he needed from Crichton and no doubt he was just a body somwhere in the vacuum of space by now.

Just as your awe began to subside, an alarm began to course throughout the ship.

"Scarrans!" spat Scorpius beside you.

With a speed that belied his nature, Scorpius set off towards the main control room. You attempted to keep up with him but were unable do move as quickly as he did. As you stumbled into the control room, you caught sight of the radar. Scarran ships had made it through the wormhole before it closed. As quickly as they arrived, so they began to drop off the radar. You could hear shouts of elation, but a voice cut through the din.

"Scorpius, sir! There is no way we got them all. Some of them have just disappeared, and it was nothing to do with our firepower. They may have infiltrated the ship."

Worry began to spread to your bowels. Scarrans had a horrible torture device with which to destroy Sebaceans. It would not kill you, but it was a fate worse than death, and not one you wished to experience any time soon.

"There's no way enough of them came on board to take the ship by force. We received intelligence that said the Scarrans were developing incredibly advanced camouflage tactics and they are able to hide among Sebacean colonies without fear of discovery from all but the most acutely aware. I fear they mean to take this ship, and me with it, in order to use the wormhole technology for themselves. With myself an the aurora chair, there is no limit to what they could learn. You. You must arrange a party to flush out the Scarrans before it is too late. Bring your suspects to me. I will deal with them myself."

With that Scorpius retreated to his quarters, and you were left alone. You quickly gathered a party of 12 and began the search, somehow knowing there were those among you who could not be trusted...

Yeah. I didn't catch that the other one was also a traitor. Regardless, I reckon that there'll be a traitor and two scum.

I'm not going to respond to that until Rhapsody does, but I don't think that second point you made was sensible at all. The first was kinda, but it was misled, sniping and undeservedly patronizing.
