I tried to send a user a PM but the PM is stuck in my outbox. Please help; thanks.

The PM should leave your outbox after at least one other person besides you has read the message ^_^

moving from outbox to sent messages is done automatically once the person it was sent to reads it
in other words: the PM isn't stuck; the other person received it but hasn't read it yet
