Different Time Zone, V/LA not correctly aligned

Hello, I am was wondering to what time zone the V/LA is aligned with.

Because I am in currently in South Korea, recently announced to a game that I would be V/LA, came back to just check if there was any sort of progression, but noticed that my account was marked with V/LA at all despite the dates match up.
