The main thing which stands out is that Sara's responses indicate town!Sara makes a lot more sense than scum!Sara, in a way I don't think is easily fakeable (or super difficult to fake.) I'm making a semi-educated guess that the things you've noticed are NAI for Sara, Meerkat, and that she can be Townleaned for her efforts.

It's an assumption that best friends makes neighborhoods. It's one I don't share, particularly here as I bet at least Nomsy is already in a hood if not more progressing throughout the game.

I'm pretty sure shooting mastina was a scumshot. The only way I'll consider it wasn't is if it is claimed today.

Here's the situation

I feel that shot spews several slot as at a minimum lean town.

1) Nomsy - If scum felt like they could shoot mastina at night, then there's no need to shoot her during the day. Mastina's death was that urgent.
2) Yume - We were working on developing a town core around Mastina and Yume working together. Mastina would also hard defend Yume.
3) Dunnstral - The planning was to build a towncore and Mastina didn't object to Dunnstral being a part of that.

For the forseeable future, I don't have any interest in voting any one of these three.

I feel that this partially clears Frogsterking, despite Mastina's suspicion of him. If Frogsterking was scum, or widely suspected to be such, then scum could use that to create drama and friction. Scum also did not wait until Frogster was paired to actually act.

For the record, I had assumed that all hoods made would remain after I melded with Frogsterking. I was told that we still retained the role, so I was a bit surprised when hoods broke. I should have asked.

If my interpretation was correct, we would have had an all town thing like Suidoken with an unkillable tank in the middle.

My role was played optimally, but definitely not neutered because of scum power. If scum had shot around me (I was and am drowned in RL), then I think they win.
