Upper classes in the AIM chatroom? No, not really. Scumchat is dominated by people like Jathan. Most of the most-respected players only come into scumchat occassionally. There are exceptions, of course, but in general, you'll just become part of the "clique" over time. It comes with experience and familiarity. Even then, though, how well you're respected has little to do with how long you've been here, and more to do with how mature you are. Even how good you are as a player isn't all that important. Whining about cliques won't win you any respect.
