The roleblocker theory is interesting but I think the NRG regardless of the setup are opposed to giving scum that role and won’t until sufficient data is shown that towns have improved. Skitter mentioned not finding a single normal of BNL’s. Do you have reviewer meta? I don’t think Performer for ongoing game reasons gives scum a roleblocker.

Yeah but I don’t see that though. Skitter began to start considering you due to the way you’ve been insistent on the possibility of Cinn being scum. The coached comment was very head scratching as not enough time has passed to make that conclusion.

I think if she wanted to get you to claim she would’ve attempted to defend Cinnamon and case you in 1376. She instead voted you and shortly after stated that she thinks you’re purposefully playing this way to dictate the pace and control the narrative. She’s doing the latter while she’s talking to Exilon. This is important as I can’t see how you feel she was dragging you out if she wasn’t interacting with you. The only interaction before the claim is the call-out and that isn’t dragging either.

I also don’t think Skitter is dumb enough to try to get you to claim here.

For the conclusion of the first part, I think that is when you have to consider his personality. It’s possible that Cinn is very stubborn. Stubbornness is a trait that’s really hard to change in part because of fluid intelligence vs. crystallized intelligence. Think of the age-old idiom “You can’t teach a old dog new tricks”. As you point it out, he’s implied that he’s played a ton IRL mafia, which means it’s still probably all he knows. It’s essentially still a part of him and thus makes it harder to change. One has to learn that though and I think that takes another level of self-awareness.

I can’t speak on the first part of the latter. Never played IRL mafia and don’t think I’d have any intentions to. I’ve seen town do the categorizing all the time though. I honestly think he’s just town who didn’t realize just how big the major leagues are. The other queues are vastly different from the Newbie queue. They don’t treat you with kids gloves and they don’t cut your PB&J sandwiches in quarters either. I think it’s very easy for newer players to behave the way Cinn has at times when they first get a taste of real mafia.

Just making sure I remember this for later. I have a response but it's not all that game relevant at this point so I'll save it for post game.
