Funnily enough he said from the pool hed go either cliff or JJD and decided to go JJD but scum killed him

I'd suggest that he was indifferent to checking either and he was role cop purportrating to be a gunsmith so he would know all of his scum pals and there are likely to have guns (I know about docs but go with me)

He could obviously fake a result to get an inno but picked a town, so given he wasnt planning on doing that and was indifferent I'd say that supports town!cliff
