what do you think of this:

My role is quite powerful. And considering Pine's, I'm wondering what scum have to balance it out. There's another part to my initial role

and

I received another component from the upgrade.

The plan:

~Whoever we think is scum, we have them claim their XP: Raya, Creature, Knight I think.
~We capture one of them.
~The other two gift me the entirety of their XP.

I should be able to determine if they truly gifted me the correct amount based on what I receive.
I also have a way to determine if they are being deceptive with the second part of my role.
Since they are gifting all their XP, they will be unable to perform the night kill. (You can't kill and gift at the same time)
We aim investigative roles at them and continue this process over multiple days/nights while everyone else trains and upgrades.

Further, if there is a night kill and I receive the correct amount of XP, we know there is scum outside of the group. So scum will have to show themselves one way or the other, or allow all town roles and investigatives free reign to investigate and do their upgrades.

Raya if you believe Farkset's Pine read is a TMI town read, don't you think it makes sense for me to scum read you for having similar reads D1 (your read of Pine and Chloe in 854)? How are those two reads any different than Farkset's? As I stated before, there was nothing AI in Pine's post. Why couldn't scum!Pine also be feeling better?

Um the difference is Farkset knew their alignment and I didn't? I might be confused by your question? You're right that there's nothing AI. I just found it genuine and that came across as a town!Pine thing to say whereas scum!Pine I feel would be more likely to pass it off as the normal lurking. It's not a strong point towards the read.

I believe I said earlier that there were strong dissociatives between Farkcet and PB. As for Pine, why do you have him so high on your list? I didn’t put Pine into my list because I don’t currently have a confident read on him. The slots I mentioned are the ones I feel most confident on being town. Rereading Hectic ISO, it seems kind of antiparternery and most of his posting seems sincere and genuine, so I think Ame is probably barking up the wrong tree there.

I'll have to look back through PB associations again. I don't recall seeing any strong dissociatives between him and Farkset. Pine is a combination of associatives, play, and I believe his claim at the start of the day to be true therefore he would be town.

That's where the investigatives come in. Since there will be no kills and there probably isn't a RB, we'll have free reign to investigate. If there is a roleblock somewhere, we know it's probably Hectic since he claimed jailkeeper.
