also, even speaking from a saving-titus angle - what is he doing?? he's calling her town for stuff that's not gonna convince anyone, and he's pushing me. except he's pushing me for not having an elaborate worldview around scum-titus - something that i don't think ANYONE voting her right now has! who is this supposed to convince to vote me?

and, i have very much seen town-math play an extra scumbuddy and strongly defend obvious scum. so i think it's very much not outside his townrange

uh, misty's case on me being s/s with t3 is like, fine, i guess. i am aware that the associates don't look great there in a vacuum. if misty was someone who was actually aware of my meta, i'd go into my usual "do you really think i play around partners the way i did there?" but i don't think xe is aware of that so yes whatever

my issue with this is that you're making these like generalized conclusions about the gamestate when like... ok your point here i think is that if titus is scum, then the other scum would be hunting for places they could counterwagon

which, first off, they might not even want to save titus considering she's barely playing at this point, maybe she's a lot cause. or at least they don't want to actively look like they're doing that

and second, that's still only 3 people. looking at the entire game and saying that nobody is solving, therefore the lead wagon is on town, is just... not really a valid conclusion? not everyone can be scum

its like in the go game where you said that 2 unclaimed masons had gotten run up and therefore scum must have been in control of the game

both times you're ignoring that the vast majority of the game is town and scum can't be doing everything, and usually isn't even going to be doing that much bc most scum want to blend in

and considering the way t3 died yesterday i kinda don't get the feeling scum has a ton of control over what the gamestate looks like

i think what he did here is well in the range of possibilities of what he would do as scum

but i think as scum he would have done it intentionally being very aware of why that should make him town

and so i think when asked about it here, he would be a bit more likely as scum to have like, a ready made retort for why its impossible to be scum

but his answer was kinda like a "yea idk play better" which is not really at all similar vibes to how he's responded to similar questions before as scum
