I know I played with Empking in a mini game fairly recently where he was scum. He was active and contributing in that game; he went after farside with a ridiculous case. I figured this was a nulltell, but I did think that it was scummy that he backed off after I told him to drop it. Overall I spent most of the game protecting him, though.

That's slightly irrelevant; what bugs me is I don't think I've seen Empking

ever

playing like this before.

On porochaz: I'm not sure there's any actual defence there. I've admitted that mufasa was scummy.

The other problem you have with me is the people that have died in relation to me. I can't really defend myself against that unless you expand on that. Please could you do so?

Apologies, I had in my mind that semioldguy was the scum under the hammer there, rather than another scum on the counterwagon. Anyway, my basic point is that you seemed to be on any significant counterwagons for scum (in particular Mastin - semioldguy was lynched with such little fuss, as behooves scum zapped by a cop, that there's little info to garner). This is scummy, there's no defence, as such, that you can make against this part of my case.

Also, my secondary point was that you really started to ramp up your attention/enthusiasm when Mastin came under pressure. As if you were jolted into action by the thought of a scumpartner being lynched. I'd love to see if there was some kind of meta defence for this - limited availability sitewide, for example. But the search is down. You'll have to do the donkeywork as I don't know what games you were in at that point. But you didn't even bother addressing it, instead just ignoring it.

To be fair, I don't.

Semioldguy discouraged the BMboost; I don't think he'd have been as likely to do that if BM were scum with him. There's nothing like that to suggest that Porochaz and Semioldguy might not be scum together, and Porochaz's interactions with Mastin make me twitch. His 914 looks

weird

to me, in retrospect, since the only thing I'd done at the time was attack Tornado's Mastinvote without knowing anything about the context of the game. The fact that OGML got nightkilled and was suspicious of him doesn't hurt, either.
