If you'd like to go into specifics about the jury comments I'd be interested.

As for it not being a town reaction 2 points.

1. I already started outing the Jury before any of this, so the notion of me not wanting QT information being shared is idiotic.

2. It was asked by defender in the jury if we can quote the qt or not and the mod said no only paraphrase.

Now if what wrathchild did is considered paraphrasing then I'm amazed at how little needs to be done to count as paraphrasing since the only difference between wrathchilds post and the QT is he wrote our names in shorthand

That was not what I consider paraphrasing hence I asked was he allowed to do that?

Since I thought the level of paraphrasing we were allowed was to the level I was doing in my posts here
Scum:
nk bastion cos he is never being lynched imo.

I don't honestly think Sir Bastion is a PR, he's too outspoken for it. But he's also a pain in the ass.

This is a null reaction at best. It's a clarification of the rules, and honestly I thought the same thing in my head when it was posted.

1. This makes as much sense as your attack on me.
2. It's not word for word and I didn't cut and paste. Yeah the changes are small and grammatical for the most part, but I think the effort I put into transcribing it circumvents the issues with posting it.

Yea basically WrathChild scum felt like it was ok to ignore things going on in the thread until they directly threatened him. So now he's rehashing the exact same argument that just happened.

Also, of his 6 "arguments" against Arugula, the strongest one he has is #5, which he claims is his weakest. Lulz, so bad.

So, it's official, MoS is an idiot. I specifically and politely asked him to expand on what was so bad about my arguments and all he could do is come back with a Lulz, so bad.

Since I'm not bound to the idiots = town tell that MoS is:

VOTE: MoS

He's sidestepping, misrepping, mudslinging, contradicting and making awful logic arguments. I mean really, how is a gut feeling (#5) a better argument than:

WrathChild wrote:
Mastermind of Sin wrote:@Nero Cain: I did read the rest of your post. It was your closing argument that was the weakest link and betrayed that you didn't actually have any important conclusions to make after all that setup.

P-Edit @WrathChild: Because your arguments are (and were) terrible. No one in their right minds would think that was a legitimate argument for scum. Playing poorly != being scum, and in fact by the general site definition of "playing poorly", that person is much more likely to be town. That's a relatively simple conclusion to make, so I am having a hard time deciding if you are just stupid or were willfully ignorant.

So it's a town read when players are playing stupid? So by your offensive definition, I'm town. Stop contradicting yourself. You're saying that I'm stupid, but playing stupid is site-meta for town, but you can't decide if I'm town or scum. Do me a favor and never ever use the playing poorly != scum argument. I'm in another game at the moment where a player playing stupidly flipped scum Day 1. So stop being an ass-hat and actually discuss what you think is so scummy about my argument in light of the fact that you think being stupid = town.

My arguments:
1. Arugula wanted confirmed town judge to claim. Please explain how thinking that is scummy is stupid by me?
2. Arugula over-reacts to a fake-guilty. Please explain how thinking that is scummy is stupid by me?
3. Arugula backtracks on his play. This is not even my point, this is 666's. You can explain how that is stupid to him.
4. Arugula panics at L-1 and quick hammers Thor. Please explain how thinking that is scummy is stupid by me?
5. Arugula doesn't feel sincere when calling himself a townie. I admitted this was weak from the get go.
6. Arugula goes from apologizing to Thor to calling him scum, when in fact the trend was quite the opposite as Thor continued to participate at high levels while Arugula lurked into shadows. Please explain how thinking that is scummy is stupid by me?

ADDITIONALLY,
Please explain why you think that the people pushing for Arugula's (who you apparently thought was obv-town) Guilty are scummier than the people who took soft/fence-sitting positions on him?

On top of that MoS flat out ignores a ALL CAPS Question to him.

I don't really see where you said any such thing. You have also not been calling people who lynched Arugula scummy for lynching OBV-Town. You also have a pardon from the Judge, which I give a lot of credence to. So no, I don't think you are scummy.

Okay, so, this was the Thor wagon:

Thor665 (11): Ser Panda, Ser Panda, Knight of Cydonia, Knight of Cydonia, Quilford, Quilford, DoomYoshi, DoomYoshi, whispersilk, Arugula, WrathChild

1st Vote on this wagon actually comes from Wrathchild during the RVS at #25. Wrathchild has no more posts in thread until after Thor is already hammered. This vote was apparently overlooked by everyone, including the Mod., in his vote counts up to the point when Thor was actually lynched. IceGuy had Ser Panda with the initial votes on Thor (this confused me no end when I was doing this at first). This ends up making no actual difference as Argule cast 2 votes when he "hammered" so even if Wrath had not been voting, Thor would still have been lynched. This was a random vote and is basically null. The fact Wrathchild had no more posts until after the hammer also can't really be read into as this turned out to be an extraordinarily quick wagon.

Ser Panda: votes came at #94 + #95, and never moved. Thor was hammered as of post #157 on the same day. As I said, I didn't really realize it at the time, but that's insanely fast. Panda's reasons to vote Thor were because Thor questioned him about a vote for Sir Bastion when Thor himself was voting for Sir Bastion, and because he felt Thor's question suggested Thor believed Bastion would flip Town. I have no issues with these votes. They were early, he had an articulable reason for the votes, and he defended them later. His votes were also first, which is something.

KoC: votes came at #96. Basically, he just agrees with Ser Panda here. These are kind of null to me. I can see an opportunistic scum doing this, I can see a Townie who agreed with Ser Panda doing this. It's also still early, as in, Thor was not yet in danger of being lynched, so voting is going to be looser.

Quilford votes come at #102. These kind of stink. It's more pure waggoning. Third on - for whatever that's worth. Doesn't express exactly what he is agreeing with either, just "Hell yes" and then announces he will be gone for the rest of the day. In his defense, he probably could not have anticipated that Thor would get lynched just 50 posts later. These are more Red flag type votes which, coupled with other evidence, could lead to a Quilford vote, but given the way this wagon went, I doubt any of these votes are going to be concrete evidence.

Gooner weighs in at #120. I kind of like this post because (1) he's not ignoring the situation, and (2) he's still got a substantive comments. He's more reflecting and less rushing to judgement, which is indicative of Townie mindset. He's leaning towards Ser Panda's side of the argument (which I agree with) but not to the point where he feels a vote on Thor is better than votes on others whom he suspected more (which is reasonable). All in all, good post.

StrangerCoug posts at #122. He appears to come down strongly on the "pro-Thor" side of this equation, to the point of voting for Ser Panda. I don't particularly like this post. Not just because I don't agree with it, but also because it seems like an overly strong reaction to the point Ser Panda was making. Even if you disagree (or don't feel the case is enough to place a vote on (like Gooner), I don't see where Ser Panda comes off scummy looking in that whole exchange with Thor.

DoomYoshi votes at #134. There has been a back and forth between Thor and Panda about whether Thor's initial votes for Sir Bastion were random or not. DoomYoshi appears to be questioning why Thor is still voting for Sir Bastion if his initial reasons were "RVS." Frankly, Thor was enabling these kind of attacks by quibbling whether his votes were Random or not and then by dismissing whether he ought to have unvoted Sir Bastion even if they were random - despite the fact that Bastion reached L-1 or 2 very quickly. However, Thor DID say, in #112, that his current voting for Sir Bastion was NOT totally random and he didn't think Bastion was Town and that was why he was keeping the votes on. So, in that context DoomYoshi's reasons for this vote appear outdated and incorrect.

DCLXVI posts at #139. He is also questioning the apparent contradiction of Thor claiming he's voting someone he thinks is scum vs. his claim he was just random voting. Again, Thor was unfortunately enabling this kind of stuff so there's not a lot that can be read into this. I think this question was reasonable, and DCL didn't immediately jump on the wagon.

Nero Cain posts in #142, but has nothing to say about Thor or Ser Panda. That can sometimes be a Red Flag. In this case there was a simultaneous wagon going on on Argula, however, which he was commenting about so that muddies the waters a bit.

Whispersilk votes in #150. This vote is very similar to the Quilford vote earlier. Pure wagon with no comment and an excuse that he'll be gone until later. Red Flag.

Argula hammers in #157.

As an addendum, Wrathchild comes back and votes Thor at #202. Basically saying he agrees with Ser Panda. Wrathchild is "catching up" and posting as he goes, and seemingly is unaware that Thor has already been hammered at this point. I don't really have an opinion on this except that if it's true, it's poor form. You ought to catch yourself up before posting, and I am not a fan of "post as you go" walls.

My opinion of this wagon is that the Quilford and Whispersilk votes look the worst. Then KoC's and DoomYoshi's. Wrathchild's "catch up vote" is kind of a null. The "Towniest" votes were the first votes from Ser Panda.

Of the people not on the wagon (who posted and there were many people who didn't post at all), I think Gooner's post looks the towniest. StrangerCoug's the worst.

Given that the Argula wagon was happening simultaneuosly, I want to look at that one next, and see if there is anything there to add to this.

Actually, that was you who said that. You still haven't provided a valid reason btw.
So far, the only reasons I have heard for his town is either that the wagon is fast (which is a BS reason) and also that he wouldn't misunderstand info as mafia. This second reason is slightly more convincing, but is also wrong. If vijay is a bad town player, he will probably also be a bad scum player; gooner didn't show up for the jury QT - maybe v2v didn't understand or didn't show up to the scum QT? Finally, it could be v2v trying to set himself up the WIFOM defense (mafia wouldn't misunderstand mafia mechanics is a WIFOM argument).

I kind of get what you're saying about vijay2vasandani misunderstanding the mechanics (to use your phrasing), but for the specific misunderstanding in question, vijay2vasandani-scum would have buddies helping him. There is some sort of scum coordination in the vast majority of games and deciding who goes where would be a big issue. I don't think this is sufficient to change my mind about him.
