To clarify, Quil's QT statement was opposite or both SCUM.
Agree that Quilava could do with hemp.

Ok. I thought that I would throw a little quote down that would suggest that I hadn't read the thread, which is in itself a scum neutral action that some people perceive as scummy and is a reason scum often use for framing someone. This is the reaction which I was hoping to draw out.

So I threw it down to see who would bite. DoomYoshi posted a very scummy vote so I'm voting for him.

Well, I totally missed the jury discussion. Extreme business. In my defense, I would have been there in time, but N was already hammered when I got there and the Mod. had closed discussion. I can not honestly say I would have argued against the lynch though. There wasn't anything strongly in his favor and a lot of little nagging things to convict him on.

The most interesting thing that happened in there was Quilford apparently mistakenly believing that it was the scum who decided who was on the jury. And because he assumed the scum put him there to acquit, he was going to vote Guilty. When his "mistake" was explained to him, he unvoted. Then said he'd probably still vote Guilty just to get the flip for information. I'm not sure I believe that. I read a bit and it's not like Quilford was super defending N yesterday. It came across more like he was simply not paying attention and didn't understand what the case was.

Before I say anything else, does anyone wish to claim being made Executioner last night?

Av Mos.

Why shouldn't we listen to nero-cain here?

Help me here.

I'm looking at it this way.

I'm confident about my strangercoug scum read.

But its getting really tiring for me to keep asking you guys to lynch him.

going after quilford and axelrod isn't really helping my faith in you.

Vote Strangercoug.

If I don't see your votes on this guy, I'm going to look elsewhere to form a town voting bloc

Quilford's unvote is the main thing worth noting from Jury Duty.

But really defender? Yes I hammered. Yet everyone in there had expressed serious interest in lynching N. Is that hammer a bad thing?

This message is for every townie in this game.

I don't want double votes.

I want ten votes on strangercoug from 10 different people.

Use one vote to lynch this scum.

we can then form a town voting bloc and then start getting rid of every scum in this game.

its time to stop bickering.

yes, we have clear town, but that doesn't change the fact that Judge will in all likelihood be just another schmuck with reads.

Uncomfortable because you think scum are masterminding a string of mislynches? (if so, who is the scum in the equation, which are the mislynches?)
Or uncomfortable because it's uncommon play? (if so, how do you think the uncommon mechanics we have in this game affect that?)

The only time I've seen it done is by scum who have control of a weak/inactive town who just go along with things. The problem lies in the fact that I have pretty decent town reads on both you and SerPanda (though my SerPanda read is mostly based on my prior experience of playing with one of it's heads, with the rest of his play being pretty null), and the fact that everyone has been relatively active and posting a lot thus far. It's not enough to make me question my reads on either of you (yet) but I'm still leery of it as a play in general, even with the multiple votes + the oddities of the lynch mechanic in this game.

the reason I said don't double vote the guy is because I think single votes on two scum are more effective than double votes on one scum.

And I'm not bargaining to lynch a guy I think is town.
I'm pretty sure defender is scum.

A voting bloc needs to happen and this is the way to do it and I don't want double votes on any of them. I'm confident I can get 10 single votes.

You are a liar so LAL.

I wasn't on either of the vanilla town bandwagons yesterday and I vehemently opposed N's lynch. Your vote is an OMGUS on me from my votes yesterday, which I am replacing. Don't bother replying... I am not going to read anything more from lying scum.

VOTE: gooner x2

VOTE: strangercoug I agree to this bandwagon, and will gladly join in the lynch party, even if it is a bit unorthodox.

Wishy-washy on the defender case; would choose WC before defender and if WC flips scum, hit defender.

That I understood, And I am interested in your results, but you are not backing your results with quotes. Are you referring to posts 1307 and 1339. 1339 seems like an odd vote from Doom Yoshi, but I am reading in ISO, and not in context.
