Movie Fact: Taxi Driver was originally going to have an X Rating for being too bloody, but Scorsese had the colors de-saturated, making the brightly colored blood less prominent.

I wonder if Looter and Duke realised that Norway already had votes when they put in their votes.

I was talking more about effort.
As town you are more interested in solving, and will notice such things.
If you’re scum you will be more worried about making yourself look good and framing town.

I can't work out why the amount of effort a person naturally puts into the game wouldn't just remain the same regardless of their alignment?

Because as scum you’re obviously less interested in solving.

I don't think he was referring to the amount of effort, though. He was talking about
how
the effort would be directed, id est, town would channel their effort on finding out scums while scums would channel their effort in looking good and making townies suspect each other. Both sides can put in the equal amount effort, only in different ways.

If you get my drift or am I not helping the situation?

My guess is Manatee's mafia.
and you claimed to be townie by voting mafia?
Manatee's mafia is a prior game we were both in.

Their tone in their 3 posts so far have been very town. Newb!scum doesn't have the pre-necessitated skills to fake the type of content they've made, they just don't.
It's true that if i was scum i would know everyone's alignment beforehand. But calling out someone that could easily be elimination bait later on as town if i'm scum would be contrary to my wincon if i was mafia.
Not if you knew I wouldn't let you get away with denying his towniness.

If I'd had got a town-sided role and then done this, it would just be a normal thing to do.

If I'd had got a mafia-sided role and then done this, it would make me 'very skilled'.

As if drawing a mafia role somehow has an automatic impact on how hard it is for me to like, identify things. It's so weird.
Can you explain this further?

It would be a tragedy for someone to be eliminated this early. Also, I imagine the game would be quiet without Norway.

If you knew that an experienced player such as myself would come after you if you went after lynchbait, it wouldn't be contrary to your wincon to highlight they were lynchbait.

Sure. That's a decent explanation for why scum me would choose to do that.

Except i'm not scum. Why are you voting me Titus? What's the reason? You must be quite convinced to put me to L-1.

It's just meta-commentary about how the game works, and it's not as if anybody will ever agree with me so it's not worth dwelling on.

I actually didn't realise that norway had so many votes on them until they said they were at L-1, and I think I've seen it in games before where somebody has ended up at L-1 because people simply weren't paying attention during the random voting stage. So it's possible they didn't realise. yeah.

I forget how short these wagons need to be in a newbie. I just voted as I caught up.

Your responses have been terrible though and much different than Manatee's mafia, which I am sure TL sees that too.
