I hadn't done a damn thing, and still haven't. Doubtful you had a read on me, and more doubtful that that vote (which was basically a prodge, but adding to a wagon because wagons are good) changed anything in your mind. That post was fake analysis. In post 330, Titus wrote:Gets prodded, moves vote to town

It's not really a mischaracterization. It's pretty accurate. In post 452, EspressoPatronum wrote:The blatant mischaracterization is getting old.In post 449, Titus wrote:If anyone doubts this is scum, just read these interactions. In post 446, EspressoPatronum wrote:@Adorable
I had you as a townlean because I strongly disagree with Raven's methods. He did something similar to me (ie. A condescending push) when I was town and he was scum, so his push on you suggested your towniness to me.
Mastina, on the other hand, put forward a compelling case against you. She is the reason I am now willing to vote you.
If your wagon continues to grow, I highly suggest you ignore Titus' advice and claim. Egix has rightfully pointed out that claiming loses some of its usefulness in a role madness game, but I'm willing to wait for your claim until I make up my mind.
EP: I townread Adorable.
Also EP: Claim, then I'll vote you.
Also Also EP: Mastina's regurgitated case is suddenly compelling after the hydra (now Gobble) leaves the game.
Also Also Also EP: My mind isn't made up.
EP just wants Adorable's claim.
VOTE: Espresso

I'm not a newish player. I'm Persivul. In post 574, momo wrote:Either way, here are my thoughts post reading the game (which has been very hard to do because this site just stops working every 10 minutes).
If I get lynched today (and I'll flip town), I'm a little concerned at how many people seem to be scum-readingTitus, when she is ridiculously town. Read her first few posts guys. Titus chooses not to RVS, sees BP as real scum, and basically tunnels for the rest of the game. I don't think scum!Titus would do something like that. It's the direct opposite of blending in and isn't at all the kind of thing I would expect from scum.
Most obvious scum read is Rabid Schnauzer. I looked at their most recent completed game, Mini Normal 2122 (in which they were town), and their isos do not read anywhere near the same. I could make my case based on the naked votes (a newish scum player could think they are being smart by pulling the WIFOM obiously scum wouldn't be that lazy), the fact that the tone of their posts does not seem genuine at all (especially when compared to the other game), or the fact that they say "I haven't done a damn thing...Doubt you have a read on me" indicating that the inactivity to prevent a lynch is intentional. EVEN MORE SCUMMIER than that, is the obv!scum post #568. They want the day to end, but won't do anything to move it forward. This pushes the leading wagon (the one currently on me) forward, gives scum a mislynch, but when I flip town, they have to shoulder exactly none of the blame themselves.
The only path forward today is to VOTE: Rabid Schnauzer.

Bottom line for me at this point of the game:
1. I personally don't give a fuck about it. That will change by D2 or D3 but right now? No.
2. I replaced in at the beginning, so I'm not going to replace out, as that would be a dick move to mod. I've already been a bit of a dick in getting prods, not going to make it worse.
3. Since per 2 I'm not leaving, it's unfair to town for me to just lay down and die, so I'm making a minimal defense.
Take that how you like. I'll claim if you want. My role is provable but NAI.
p-edit: if more people say the same, I'll claim. My role per se is useless, but it could possibly be useful after massclaim.

24 - awkward explanation of RVS vote and buddying with the hydra
33 and 34 - did anyone else think that mod's post would just blatantly mark someone as scum? I know I didn't.
62 - apparently chronos also thought 24 was gross. Instead of ignoring it, he continues to explain/defend.
64 - Super gross - try to deflect by asking chronos about someone else's entrance. That's what scum does - pretend to be hunting by asking questions.
Do I need to go on?

Really, as has already been noted, whether we're near end of day doesn't seem relevant to you claiming. If it's desirable for town to have that info before N1, why haven't you already given it? Quick lynches do happen you know.In post 647, gobbledygook wrote:I mean like... I used the word NEAR which should be able to explain the proximity to end of day. It's not "We are about to hit the end of day" "End of day is about to happen" "End of day is TOMORROW". We are NEAR the end of day. Which is at 6a.m. on Monday. I don't know about you all, but I am anticipating sleeping between now and then. So like, please, grammar nazi me more?

This game is not my scum game. I have multiple scum styles, but they're all better than this.I did read that game before I announced my read on you.You certainly aren't playing the same on the most superficial of levels, but tonally, that game is more similar to this one than your more recent town games.
1. You're lying. It's unlikely you read both a town and scum game of mine, mentioned the town game by number and said it didn't look like this one, but didn't mention that you had read a scum game and found the scum gamer tonally similar to this game.
2. You actually did read the scum game before announcing your read, but purposely didn't mention it because you knew it didn't support your narrative.

Do you recall a game when:
- I was scum
- I didn't do much early D1

Why don't you tell people what I did in that situation?
I claimed goon cop, and coasted on that all the way to the end.
