Raya, the associative is valid because if NK is scum, then he the type of scum that hard busses his mates since he hard pushed Farkset and pushed Knight yesterday. Therefore, his defense of mastina so early in D1 would most certainly mean they are not partners. NK being scum is not internally consistent. Therefore he is not scum.

I'm just not convinced that that little defense is enough to say NK is town. At that point in the game there was no need to bus

At that point in the game there was no need to defend their partner. It was near the beginning of Day 1 on a capture-only day. There is no reason to make that association. I was the only person who voiced the suspicion at the time and NK immediately responded without any input from others, which shows he was not waiting to see how the cards fell. At the time, I noted the exact opposite with Farkset who ignored the ordeal completely.

NK is not scum.

This is not a bus vote. Partner wouldn't off-hand draw attention to the fact that we need to lynch soon. And he doesn't provide any reasoning, which scum tend to do for the showmanship.

I looked through Ginnie's meta last night. There's also no way that slot is scum. Scum Ginnie is way different. Also, no matter how many times I read the quest posts, they come off as extremely townie.

I still need to further dive into PB, but from the first two games I've looked through (1 scum, 1 town) this playstyle deviates from both. In those games, he was much more jokey and engaged (made cases and the like). I am not sure how to interpret this yet considering that seems to be his natural way of playing as either alignment. @PB do you have any examples of town games similar to this one?

Probably me because Knightmare was a 1-shot Asceticizer and with Strongman disabled would have been of use later, probably.

Ok. I won't go after NK today but if his upgrade ends up being something we can't confirm town then tomorrow. Out of interest of what the VTs will upgrade to and the possibility of confirming them town maybe we should leave the VTs alone tonight.

So Ali or maybe PB if someone gives a solid case on them

I'll take a look however I don't use meta often unless the player has a very distinct or unusual play

You would not have been the correct choice btw as you would have needed to train. Farkset would not need to train as he could gain XP through his ability. It would have been a waste of your potential upgrade.
