Nope! It's Recettear! The game starts off with you being informed that you took on your father's debt and you have to pay it off through Capitalism and exploitation of adventurers

yes! The Pale King was not the greatest father to our Little ghost.

yes! The game starts off with Hat Kid having to beat the shit out of the mafia with an umbrella. That's also what most of the story is based off of.
